1.面向国际运营商、国际大客户提供网络售后专属服务;
2.负责参与对国际数据业务网络、云网平台网络及重点客户7X24小时升级故障指挥、协调、处理;
3.负责客户体验管理和端到端服务质量管理工作,通过会议、走访、回访等多种形式,发现服务问题及服务提升点,形成服务建议和措施,并督办服务问题的持续改进,不断提升客户服务感知;
4.负责工单分解、编制相关故障及运行报告、周期性故障分析报告等。
5.负责制定传输、数据等网络疑难故障的优化方案并跟踪期实施;
6.负责参与公司产品设计中服务能力、服务质量等指标的制定;
7.负责参与重大项目投标方案中,服务标准协议方案SLA的制定以及持续优化。
1. Provide after-sales service for international operators and VIP customers;

3.Management the customer experience and end-to-end service quality, by meetings, visits and so on. Find the service problems and improvement points, make service suggestions and measures plan, monitor improvement, so constantly improve customer service perception;
4.Writing operation and analysis reports by English and Chinese.
5. Make the optimum proposal around transmission, IP and other network, and tracking execution;
6. Participate in Index definition of service capability, service quality and others in product design;
7. Participate in Service standard agreement , SLA formulation and optimization in the major project bidding plan.
1、全日制本科及以上学历,通信、电子或IT类相关专业毕业;
2、2年以上公司网络维护管理工作经验,有国际电信业务工作经验者优先考虑;
3、熟悉传输、数据等相关网络专业技术,有行业资格认证者(如Cisco、华为认证等)优先;
4、具备制定传输、数据等网络疑难故障的优化方案并跟踪期实施能力者优先;
5、良好的中、英文沟通及表达能力,扎实的英文写作能力,同时具备粤语流利沟通者优先考虑;
6、具备较强的统筹、沟通、协调能力,具备良好的团队意识和客户服务意识;
7、具备很好的责任心和较强抗压力能力,可承担阶段性的高强度工作。
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Communication operator, electronics or IT related;
2.At least 2 years working experience in network maintenance and management, international telecom business experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with transmission, data and other related network professional technology, industry certification (such as Cisco, Huawei certification) is preferred;
4. It is preferred who have the ability to make transmission, IP and other network troubleshooting optimization plan and follow-up implementation
5. Good communication and presentation skills in Both Chinese and English, fluent Cantonese is preferred;
6. Strong coordination, communication skills, good team spirit and customer service conscious;
7.Have a good sense of responsibility and work under pressure, can undertake high intensity work in periodic .
